    擠壓輥軸仰角的形成機(jī)理及改進(jìn)

    Mechanism for Formation of Extrusion Roll Shaft ElevationAngle and Countermeasures Proposed

    • 摘要: 擠壓輥軸仰角對(duì)焊縫質(zhì)量有較大影響。分析了焊管生產(chǎn)過程中擠壓輥軸仰角的形成機(jī)理,提出了預(yù)先使擠壓輥軸形成一個(gè)俯角以彌補(bǔ)仰角的觀點(diǎn)。結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐,分別給出了Φ76mm機(jī)組和Φ165mm機(jī)組擠壓輥軸俯角的參考值。

       

      Abstract: It is known that the angle of elevation of the extrusion roll shaft is responsible for the weld seam quality in a rather large extent. Mechanism for formation of the elevation angle of the extrusion roll shaft during manufacture of weld tubes is analyzed, and based on the analysis a proposal is put forward that a depression angle of the extrusion roll shaft be first formed to offset the elevation angle, and reference values of such depression angles for Φ76mm mill and Φ165mm mill are given on actual operation basis.
