    Discussion on Product Diversification of Seamless Steel Tube Manufacturer

    • 摘要: 針對當(dāng)前國民經(jīng)濟各領(lǐng)域?qū)Χ嗥贩N、小批量特殊金屬材料的需求，而國內(nèi)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)普遍開工不足的情況，探討采用無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)設(shè)備開發(fā)非無縫鋼管產(chǎn)品的可能性。根據(jù)專門制定的生產(chǎn)工藝，對現(xiàn)有無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行調(diào)整、改造和補充，使其能夠生產(chǎn)有色金屬和特種金屬材料的板材、棒材、管材和雙金屬復(fù)合材料。期望以此推動有色金屬和特種金屬材料加工領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)進(jìn)步，促進(jìn)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益的提高。

       

      Abstract: Discussed here in the article is the possibility for most of the domestic seamless steel tube manufacturers that are at present operating under their productive capacity to develop products other than seamless steel tubes with their seamless steel tube-making facilities so as to meet the current demands by various national economic fields for diversified and small-lot specialty metallic materials.The co-authors regard that it is possible for relevant companies to produce nonferrous metal and specialty metal plates, bars, tubes and pipes and dual metal clad material by means of adjusting, modifying and supplementing their existing seamless steel tube-manufacturing equipment on the basis of especially-prepared manufacturing processes.It is expected that with the above mentioned actions the technical progress of the non-ferrous metal and specialty metal processing circles will be promoted, while economic profits of the seamless steel tube-making enterprises enhanced.
