    • 摘要: 根據(jù)安徽天大(集團(tuán))股份有限公司的生產(chǎn)要求,成都攀成鋼冶金工程技術(shù)有限公司為其無縫鋼管廠Φ140 mm熱軋無縫鋼管機組設(shè)計了1座管坯環(huán)形加熱爐。從爐體、燃燒系統(tǒng)、機械設(shè)備以及電氣與儀表的自動化設(shè)計等方面詳細(xì)介紹了該環(huán)形加熱爐的設(shè)計情況。良好的運行情況表明,該環(huán)形加熱爐的設(shè)計是成功的。

       

      Abstract: A billet rotary hearth heating furnace is designed by Chengdu CSST Metallurgical Engineering Co.,Ltd.for the Φ140 mm seamless steel tube hot-rolling plant located at Anhui Tianda (Group) Corp.,Ltd.Detailed in the article is the design of the furnace,involving the furnace body,the combustion system,the mechanical equipment,and the automation related to the electrical and instrumental systems.The operation of the rotary furnace is satisfactory,which proves that the design of it is successful.
