Analysis of Design of CBFJ Extreme-line Premium Connection

摘要: 介紹直連型特殊螺紋接頭CBFJ的結(jié)構(gòu)特點，利用有限元分析的方法，對該接頭在服役過程中的典型工況進行分析；重點研究該接頭的連接效率以及在復(fù)合載荷工況下的密封性能，并介紹其全尺寸試驗結(jié)果。試驗結(jié)果表明：CBFJ直連型特殊螺紋接頭的連接效率達到管體強度的58%以上，在拉伸、壓縮、內(nèi)外壓等復(fù)合載荷作用下，接頭接觸應(yīng)力雖有顯著變化，但保持了較高的密封指數(shù)，說明接頭仍能保持良好的密封性能。

Abstract: The structure characteristics of the CBFJ extreme-line premium connection are described.And the typical service conditions for the said connection are analyzed.Focused on are study of the connection efficiency and the sealing performance under the compound load conditions.Also described is the full-scale test result.The result reveals that the connection efficiency of the CBFJextreme-line premium connection is over 58%,while under complex loading,such as tensile,compression and both inside-outside pressures,though the contact stress of the connection is remarkably changed,but rather high sealing index is maintained,which means that the said connection can still maintain good sealing performance.
