    高抗擠毀石油套管的試制

    Trial Manufacture of High Anti-collapse Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 在充分了解油田實際使用工況的基礎(chǔ)上,通過科研攻關(guān)與合作,為青海油田成功開發(fā)了一種高抗擠毀套管TP110TT。檢驗結(jié)果表明,TP110TT套管完全達(dá)到了設(shè)計技術(shù)指標(biāo)。介紹了該鋼級套管的開發(fā)背景、套管的性能指標(biāo)、基本生產(chǎn)工藝過程及實際性能檢驗結(jié)果等方面情況。

       

      Abstract: Based on full knowledge of the casing service conditions of Qinghai Oil Field, a high anti-collapse casing named TP110TT is successfully developed by Tianjin Steel Pipe Corporation in the way of a special R ＆ D force and cooperation with other parties. Relevant inspection/testing results show that the said casing has been up to all the designed technical target values. Described in the paper are such aspects of the casing as development background, designed property values, manufacturing process steps as well as results of property inspection/testing of the casing.
