    油套管螺紋粘扣原因分析及研究現(xiàn)狀

    Analysis of Causes for Oil Tubing/Casing Galling Failure and Development of Anti-galling Technique

    • 摘要: 螺紋粘扣作為油套管中最常見的失效形式,一直是國內(nèi)外石油管應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的研究重點。通過對粘扣失效機理的研究,分析了油套管螺紋在制造廠加工裝配和油田現(xiàn)場使用過程中螺紋發(fā)生粘扣現(xiàn)象的各種原因,介紹了目前國內(nèi)外抗粘扣技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,探討了進一步研究的方向。

       

      Abstract: As the most common one among the oil tubing/casing failure types,thread galling failure has been a chronic hard nut in the domain of oil pipe application research both at home and abroad.Based on the studies on the mechanism of the galling failure,different elements which lead to occurrence of thread galling failures during the threading or assembling process or the oil field operation are analyzed.The current situations of the research on anti-galling techniques both at home and overseas are elaborated,and the orientation for further research in this field is discussed.
