General Production Situation of Russian Steel Tube-making Industry in 2008 and Measures Taken by Russian Government for Supporting and Protecting the Industry

摘要: 在國際金融危機沖擊下,2008年俄羅斯鋼管產(chǎn)量與上年相比下降10.7%。介紹了俄羅斯幾大鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)2008年的生產(chǎn)情況以及俄羅斯政府為扶持和保護本國鋼管工業(yè)采取的一系列措施,如對進口不銹鋼管征收特別保護關(guān)稅,對產(chǎn)自中國的軸承管進行反傾銷調(diào)查等。Abstract: Impacted by the world financial crisis, the total steel tube output of Russia in 2008 is 10.7% less than that of the previous year. Described are the general production situations of several Russian leading steel tube makers and the measures as taken by the government for supporting and protecting the steel-making industry of the country, including special customs duty on imported stainless steel tubular goods and the anti-dumping investigation on China-made bearing tubes, etc.
