摘要: 芯棒是限動芯棒連軋管機組的主要變形工具之一,限動速度的合理設定有助于減小芯棒磨損,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本。采用MPM連軋數(shù)模及德國Meer公司的二級控制方法,可推算出與芯棒限動速度有關的參數(shù),再根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實際予以修正,可以得到最佳參數(shù)。介紹了鞍鋼集團新鋼鐵有限責任公司合理確定限動芯棒連軋管機組芯棒限動速度的方法。Abstract: Since the mandrel acts as one of the key process tools for material deformation of the MPM,its retaining speed has to be properly determined so as to lessen wear,enhance tube quality and cut down operation cost.With employment of the MPM math model and the SMS Meer-developed two-level automation control process,relevant parameters related to the mandrel retaining speed can be deducted,and then corrected according to the actual operation to get the them optimized.Described here is the process used by New I & S Co.,Angang Group for the purpose of properly determining the mandrel retaining speed of the MPM.
