    鉆桿腐蝕性能對比分析

    Comparative Analysis of Anti-corrosion Behaviors of Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 采用氧腐蝕試驗、CO2腐蝕試驗、硫化物應力腐蝕試驗,對比分析36CrNiMo4與4130H兩種材質(zhì)鉆桿的抗腐蝕性能。分析結(jié)果表明:36CrNiMo4與4130H兩種材質(zhì)鉆桿的氧腐蝕速率基本相同;36CrNiMo4材質(zhì)鉆桿的抗CO2腐蝕性能優(yōu)于4130H材質(zhì),但抗硫化物應力腐蝕開裂性能明顯低于4130H材質(zhì)。

       

      Abstract: Comparative analysis of the anti-corrosion behaviors of the drill pipes made of the 36CrNiMo4 and the 4130H steels are conducted by means of oxygen corrosion test,CO2 corrosion test and SSC test.The test results shows that the oxygen corrosion rates of the 36CrNiMo4 pipe and the 4130H pipe are basically the same,and that the CO2 corrosion resistance of the 36CrNiMo4 pipe is better than that of the 4130H pipe,whereas the SSC resistance of the former is remarkably less than that of the later.
