    D級(jí)空心抽油桿兩種制造方法的對(duì)比研究

    Contrastive Study on Two Manufacturing Methods for G.D Hollow Sucker Rod

    • 摘要: 介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)D級(jí)空心抽油桿以摩擦焊接和熱鍛成形為關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的兩種制造方法;依據(jù)SY/T 5550—2012,對(duì)比分析D級(jí)直接連接摩擦焊接式空心抽油桿和D級(jí)直接連接鐓鍛式空心抽油桿的工藝路線、制造難點(diǎn)、產(chǎn)品性能、實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況。結(jié)果顯示:與D級(jí)直接連接摩擦焊接式空心抽油桿相比,D級(jí)直接連接鐓鍛式空心抽油桿的制造工序更少,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)性能更加穩(wěn)定,實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果更好。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the domestically employed two manufacturing methods for the G.D hollow sucker rod, which respectively take friction welding and hot-forging as key techniques.Based on standard SY/T 5550-2012, a contrastive analysis is conducted in respect of the G.D directly-connected hollow sucker rod made with the friction welding process, and that made with the upsetting process in terms of process routing, manufacture difficulty, product performance, and actual application result.The analysis result shows that compared with the G.D directly-connected hollow sucker rod as made with the friction welding process, the G.D directly-connected hollow sucker rod as made with the upsetting process features such advantages as fewer manufacturing steps, easier realization of automatic production, higher stability of all the product properties, and better operation effectiveness.
