鋼管氧化層酸洗液配方的研制

摘要: 鋼管在加工或表面處理前需去除其表面的氧化層和污垢。闡述了現(xiàn)有酸洗方法清除鋼管淬火所形成的表面氧化黑皮過程中存在的問題。介紹了通過正交復(fù)配所研制的較為理想的酸清洗液配方。生產(chǎn)實踐表明,篩選出的酸洗產(chǎn)品去銹能力強,防銹蝕性好,生產(chǎn)成本低。Abstract: It is known that in general any metallic material subjected to machining or surface treatment needs to be cleared of any surface oxide substance and dirt. Discussed are the problems as caused by the currently-used pickling process to remove the oxide layer of steel material resulting from quench treatment. And also introduced is the formulation of a better orthogonally-built pickling solution. Relevant practice shows that the said built solution is in possession of such advantages as better rust-removing effect, satisfactory rust-resistance and higher cost-effectiveness.
