摘要: 分析了Accu Roll軋管機(jī)導(dǎo)盤傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)鼓形齒式聯(lián)軸器在大扭矩、大位移角工況且回轉(zhuǎn)直徑受限的條件下,鼓形齒齒形參數(shù)間的相互關(guān)系,提出了滿足工況的特殊設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和方法,并在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上采用薄殼等特殊截面形狀,利用空心截面扭轉(zhuǎn)特性來增大扭矩,通過改變其齒接觸數(shù)和接觸強(qiáng)度延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。Abstract: Analyzed in the paper is the relationship between the barreled tooth shape parameters of the barreled tooth coupling under the operation conditions like high torque,big displacement angle and the limited tactical diameter.As a result,tips and methods for a special design of the coupling is put forward to meet the said operation conditions,including the structure of special cross-sectional shapes like shell,increasing torque with hollow cross-section torsional characteristics and prolonging service life of the coupling by means of changing number of the engaging teeth and their engaging strength.
