摘要: 分析了SRM275J22M張力減徑機差動齒輪箱潤滑存在的問題,介紹了對潤滑油路的改進,并對潤滑系統(tǒng)進行了流量校核。使用表明,改進效果良好。Abstract: Problems with lubrication of the differential gear box of the SRM275 J22M stretch reducing mill are analyzed,and countermeasures are taken,including modification of the lube circuit and flow calibration of the lubrication system.The result shows that the said modification actions are very effective.
