Technological Study on Deep-processing of Linepipe for Deep-sea Service

摘要: 簡(jiǎn)述了深海油氣的勘探現(xiàn)狀，介紹了深海管線管的應(yīng)用及特性；從幾何尺寸、靜水壓試驗(yàn)、缺陷探傷、產(chǎn)品可追溯性、自動(dòng)化測(cè)量等方面，總結(jié)了深海管線管與一般管線管深加工技術(shù)要求差異；提出目前深海管線管深加工生產(chǎn)中待解決的問(wèn)題，并給出建議；以新投產(chǎn)的深海管線管生產(chǎn)線為例，介紹了該生產(chǎn)線的工藝方案、設(shè)備選型及其特點(diǎn)。

Abstract: Briefed in the essay is the present situation of deep-sea oil and gas exploration industry, and also elaborated are the application and characteristics of the linepipe for deep-sea service. Moreover the technical requirement differences between deep processing of the linepipe for deep-sea service and that of the ordinary linepipe are summarized in terms of geometric dimensions, hydrostatic testing, flaw NDT, product traceability, and automatic measurement, etc. Some problems staying with present operation activities of processing the linepipe for deep-sea service that need to be solved are put forward, and accordingly suggestions are proposed. A newly-started up production line for the said linepipe is described as an example, involving such aspects as the process plan, the equipment selection and relevant features, etc.
