摘要: 概述了我國冷軋管機(jī)各設(shè)計(jì)制造企業(yè)的研制現(xiàn)狀和主要機(jī)型, 著重介紹了LG型二輥冷軋管機(jī)和LD型多輥冷軋管機(jī)的孔型設(shè)計(jì)方法, 對我國冷軋管機(jī)未來的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望, 認(rèn)為高速、長行程, 不停機(jī)連續(xù)上料, 生產(chǎn)過程全自動(dòng)化控制的冷軋管機(jī)是發(fā)展的大方向。指出我國的冷軋管機(jī)正處在更新?lián)Q代的最佳時(shí)機(jī), 應(yīng)把握住時(shí)機(jī)將我國冷軋管設(shè)備的水平推向一個(gè)新的高度。Abstract: Summarized in the assay are the current R & D situations concerning design and manufacture of the tube cold-rolling mill by relevant domestic companies, and the major types of the mill, focusing on the pass design methods for the LG 2-roll cold-rolling mill and the LD multi-roll cold-rolling mill.The development trend of the cold-rolling pipe mill is forecast.And it is regarded that the cold-rolling pipe mill featuring hi-speed, long travel and continuous charging function and full automatic control of the manufacturing process will be the main development orientation of the cold-rolling pipe mill.Moreover, it is emphasized that the domestic tube cold-rolling field is right now facing the best opportunity for upgrading, and should grasp it to promote the domestic tube cold-rolling equipment technology to a much higher level.
