中厚壁鋼管微張力減徑時內(nèi)不規(guī)圓的研究
Study on Polygonal ID of Medium/Heavy Wall Steel Tubes Occurring in Slight Stretch Reducing Process

摘要: 對中厚壁鋼管在微張力減徑過程中出現(xiàn)的內(nèi)孔不規(guī)圓現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,分析了“內(nèi)六方”和“內(nèi)三角”的形成機(jī)理。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實踐經(jīng)驗,建立了橢圓度方程,并提出了消除鋼管內(nèi)不規(guī)圓的措施。Abstract: A study is made based on the fact that polygonal ID of medium/heavy wall tubes occurs during slight stretch reducing process, covering analysis of the mechanism concerning formation of the "hexagonal ID" and the "triangle ID". With relevant empirical data, an ovality equation is set up, and actions to eliminate the said polygonal IDs are proposed.
