    800合金U型管表面噴丸工藝的研究與實踐

    RESEARCH AND PRACTICE OF SHOT-BLAST PROCESS FOR SURFACE TREATMENT OF 800 ALLOY U-SHAPED STEEL TUBE

    • 摘要: 表面噴丸是生產(chǎn)800合金U型蒸汽發(fā)生器傳熱管成品必不可少的處理工序。介紹了上海五鋼（集團）有限公司研制的噴丸設(shè)備特點，并對噴丸工藝進行了研究、實踐表明，研制的設(shè)備和試驗工藝可行；噴丸管的各項指標(biāo)符合技術(shù)條件，與瑞典管基本一致。

       

      Abstract: For production of final 800 alloy U-shaped steel tubes used for steam generator heat-conduction,surface shot-blast treatment is a must. The paper involves a description concerning the features of the shot-blast system developed by Shanghai No. 5 Steel （Group）Co.,Ltd. and research on the shot-blast technique. Relevant operational practice has proven that the said system and the experimental process are practical and all the major technical data of the shot-blast treated tubes are up to related technical specification,almost in compliance with the specification of similar Sweden-made tubes.
