我國應(yīng)重視鐵素體及鐵素體/奧氏體不銹鋼管材的開發(fā)

Importance Should be Attached to Domestic Development of Tubular Goods Made of Ferrite Stainl ess Steel and Ferrite/Austenite Dual-phase Stainless Steel

摘要: 低鉻的實用型鐵素體不銹鋼和低鎳的鐵素體/奧氏體雙相不銹鋼是國際上1980年以后迅速發(fā)展的兩類不銹鋼管材新品種。前者以低成本而成為在低腐蝕環(huán)境下應(yīng)用如汽車排氣管等的優(yōu)選管材,后者則以高強度和高耐腐蝕性能的優(yōu)良組合而成為在含氯離子、H₂S等應(yīng)力腐蝕環(huán)境下使用的部件首選材料。介紹了這兩類不銹鋼(焊)管的研究情況及應(yīng)用前景,并建議我國應(yīng)重視和加強對這類不銹鋼管材的開發(fā)。

Abstract: As two new categories of stainless steel tubular products the low-chromi um ferrite stainless steel and the low-nickel ferrite/austenite dual-phase stainless steel tubes have been developed rapidly in the world,since 1980.The former is very suitable for applications under low-corrosion condition s like auto exhaust pipe due to its cost effectiveness,while the latter is the best for applications under chlorion or H₂S-caused stress corrosion conditions due to its combined properties of hi-strength and hi-corrosion resistance.Research on the said two stainless steel (welded) tubes and their potential market places are described.In addition,it is proposed that importance should be attached to development of the said two products in the country.
