寶鋼Φ140mm連軋管機組穿孔頂頭提高使用壽命的研究

Research on Service Life Enhancement of Piercing Plug of Baosteel Φ140 mm MPM Plant

摘要: 針對寶鋼鋼管事業(yè)部Φ140mm連軋管機組改造后,初期設計的Meer材質頂頭出現(xiàn)使用壽命低的情況,試制了一種新材質頂頭,并從頂頭形狀、鑄造工藝、氧化工藝等方面進行改進。通過試驗,分析了這些改進措施對頂頭使用壽命的影響。結果表明,新材質穿孔頂頭的使用壽命較Meer材質頂頭的提高7倍以上,解決了Φ140mm連軋管機組頂頭消耗量過大的難題。

Abstract: Addressing the post-modification problem of the Baosteel Φ140 mm MPM plant,i.e.,rather low service life of the piercing plug that was in a material as originally designed by Meer GmbH,Germany,the plug material is changed with a new one,and improvements on the plug proper are carried out,involving the profile of and casting and oxidation processes for the plug.Thanks to relevant tests,effects by these corrective actions on the plug service span are analyzed.The operation result of the modified plug made of the new material shows that its service life is 7 times over that of the plug in Meer material,which leads to solution of the mill's big problem of unreasonably high plug consumption.
