摘要: 詳細(xì)介紹了我國(guó)無(wú)縫鋼管技術(shù)裝備的發(fā)展情況。我國(guó)自1953年建成投產(chǎn)Φ140mm自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)組以來(lái),通過(guò)開發(fā)、研制以及引進(jìn),目前已是世界上擁有熱軋管機(jī)組種類和規(guī)格最齊全,冷拔、冷軋管機(jī)的種類、規(guī)格也較齊全的國(guó)家,但裝備水平參差不齊,設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、制造力量分散。提出了我國(guó)應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮現(xiàn)有先進(jìn)裝備的特長(zhǎng),加速開發(fā)小型先進(jìn)裝備,改造部分現(xiàn)有的一般軋管機(jī)組,調(diào)整其分布,提高企業(yè)集中度,組建大型無(wú)縫鋼管集團(tuán)公司,使我國(guó)從無(wú)縫鋼管大國(guó)向無(wú)縫鋼管強(qiáng)國(guó)發(fā)展的建議。Abstract: The technical equipment development of domestic seamless steel tube-making industry is detailed. Since 1953 when the first domestic mm plug mill was put into operation, thanks to continual research, development and import, the seamless steel tube-making industry of the country has been equipped with the most complete hot-rolling mills in the world in terms of type and product size range, and also equipped with cold-rolling（drawing）mills with consi-derable type variety and tube size range. However, the technical equipment level so varies geographically, and the equip-ment engineering and manufacturing firms are so scattered. To speed up the domestic seamless steel tube-making indus-try and turn the country from a big seamless steel tube consumer and producer into a world power in this regard, proposals have been put forward, including fully tapping the capacities of the existing advanced equipment, gearing up develop-ment of small modern mills, making distribution of the conventional pipe mills more geogr aphically logical and impr-oving the centralization of the manufacturers as well as building up large-scale corporations.
