摘要: 介紹了包鋼新建的Φ460mm三輥連軋管機(jī)組的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、工藝流程及其設(shè)備配置方面的特點:在線設(shè)置了液壓夾鉗式管坯熱定心機(jī),脫管與定(減)徑間采用定位塊式升降輥道,在芯棒循環(huán)區(qū)增加芯棒檢查臺,以及采用溴化鋰余熱利用裝置等。上述技術(shù)改進(jìn)在三輥連軋管機(jī)組的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提高、設(shè)備故障率降低,節(jié)省企業(yè)投資,減少環(huán)境污染等方面成效顯著。

Abstract: Described here in the assay are the features of the newly-built Φ460 mm PQF of Baogang,involving the product mix,the manufacturing flow and equipment configuration,etc. The PQF line features the on line hydraulically-operated tongs type billet hot-centering machine,the positioning block-type lifting roller table between the extracting mill and the sizing(reducing) mill,the mandrel inspection table added to the mandrel circulation area,and employment of the lithium bromide residual heat-utilizing system,etc. Thanks to the above mentioned technological modifications,marked effects are made in terms of seamless pipe quality improvement,equipment failure rate reduction,saving of investment by the company,and environment pollution level lowering,etc.
