    拉力芯棒在二輥斜軋延伸中的應(yīng)用

    APPLICATION OF PULL MANDREL TO TWO-HIGH ROTARY ELONGATOR

    • 摘要: 介紹了在二輥斜軋延伸中采用拉力芯棒軋制的新工藝。探討了拉力芯棒軋制與固定芯棒軋制、浮動芯棒軋制和限動芯棒軋制相比所顯示的優(yōu)越性。實踐表明,采用拉力芯棒軋制方式,可以軋制薄壁管,提高產(chǎn)品尺寸精度和內(nèi)表面質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: The paper involves the new process employing pull mandrel for pipe-elongating with the twohigh rotary elongator.An investigation on relevant operation has proven that compared with the pipe-rolling processes adapting fixed mandrel, floating mandrel and retained mandrel respectively, the said pull-mandrel process provides such advantages as light-wall pipe-rolling, higher geometric accuracy and better inner/outer surface quality.
