摘要: 介紹了焊管機(jī)組中凸輪進(jìn)給式平頭倒棱機(jī)的工作原理,凸輪曲線的設(shè)計(jì)要求及各段行程的曲線方程。按該曲線方程加工的進(jìn)給凸輪,用于中小直徑焊管管端的平頭倒棱,效果良好。Abstract: Described in the article are the working theory of the camfeeding type end-facing/chamfering machine in the welded pipe production line, design requirement for the cam profile and curve equation for each stroke of the cam, Relevant operation has proven that the cam machined as per the equation is very effective on end-facing/chamfering of medium/small sized welded pipes.
