Design and Development of Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm Ultra-limit Casing

摘要: 為了解決軋制Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm超極限套管存在的成本問題，提出了設(shè)計開發(fā)488 mm孔型；為了解決脫管機(jī)的減徑率不足造成的脫管機(jī)不脫棒，對柱形芯棒進(jìn)行了錐度改造；為了達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制要求，重新分配了穿孔、連軋管機(jī)組變形量并調(diào)整了毛管間隙量。通過實(shí)際批量生產(chǎn)，證明Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm超極限套管的設(shè)計和開發(fā)是成功的，并驗(yàn)證了Ф460 mm PQF三輥連軋管機(jī)組軋制大徑壁比薄壁管的能力。

Abstract: To solve the issue concerning cost effectiveness of rolling Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm ultra-limit casing, it is proposed to design and develop the 488 mm pass.And the following actions are involved.Tamper of the cylindrical mandrel bar is modified for tackling the problem that the extractor can't get the mandrel off the shell due to its poor reduction rate;the deformation amounts of the piercing mill and the mandrel mill proper are redistributed, and the shell clearance adjusted in order to meet the quality assurance requirements for the product.The Ф473.08 mm×11.05 mm ultra-limit casing as designed and developed has been put into massive production, which proves that the Ф460 mm 3-roll PQF mill is capable of producing light-wall pipes with large D/S.
