      Abstract: The author describes in detail the technical modification involving replacement of the Φ76mm plug pipe mill with the rotary elongating mill with pull mandrel, covering main aspects of the elongator such as manufacture process, technical specifications of major equipment of the mill and creteria for installation and commissioning thereof.
