    SA-213 T2鋼內(nèi)螺紋管的性能研究

    Discussion on Properties of SA-213 T2 St. Internal Spinned Pipe

    • 摘要: 介紹了ASMESA -213T2鋼內(nèi)螺紋管冷拔生產(chǎn)工藝對內(nèi)螺紋管形狀尺寸的影響和不同熱處理規(guī)范對鋼的持久強度的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,冷拔減壁量與內(nèi)螺紋高度成正比;不同熱處理規(guī)范對T2鋼的持久強度影響不明顯

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the effect by the cold -drawing process of ASME SA-213 T2 St. internal spinned pipe on geometry of the pipe and the effects by different heat treatment procedures on creep rupture strength of the pipe. Result of relevant experiment shows that the cold-drawing W.T. reduction amount VS height of the internal thread is directly proportional, while the creep rupture strength of T2 steel remains almost the same in spite of whatever heat treatment procedure is used.
