    新型固態(tài)高頻焊管電源的開發(fā)

    Development of New Type Solid High Frequency Power Source

    • 摘要: 鋼管的直縫焊接大多使用電子管電源,但其能耗大、電壓高、電子管使用壽命短,隨著電力電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外相繼開發(fā)出固態(tài)高頻電源。保定紅星高頻設(shè)備有限公司研制開發(fā)出焊接鋼管用新型固態(tài)高頻電源,簡(jiǎn)介了該固態(tài)高頻電源的性能和特點(diǎn),分析了電力電子器件在高頻下的開關(guān)損耗。通過波形對(duì)比指出了電子管電源和固態(tài)焊管電源輸出紋波的區(qū)別。

       

      Abstract: For welding of the straight weld pipe,most commonly-used power source type is the electronic tube power supply featuring such disadvantages as high energy consumption,high voltage and short service life of the electronic tube. Along with development of electric power-service electronic technology,solid high frequency(HF) power sources have been developed both at home and abroad. A new type solid HF power supply for steel tube-welding has been developed by Baoding Hongxing High Frequency Equipment Co.,Ltd. Described in the paper are the performances and features of the said power supply,and the analysis of the switching loss of the electric power-service components under high frequency condition. The difference between the output ripple waves of the electronic power source and the above mentioned solid power supply is identified by comparing the wave forms of the two.
