    大直徑直縫埋弧焊管擴(kuò)徑后的沖洗裝置技術(shù)改造

    Technical Modification of After-expanding Purging Device for Large-sized SSAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 中國(guó)石油集團(tuán)渤海裝備鋼管制造公司針對(duì)大直徑直縫埋弧焊管擴(kuò)徑后沖洗裝置不能將鋼管內(nèi)外壁上殘留的擴(kuò)徑油和乳化液沖洗干凈,鋼管質(zhì)量達(dá)不到出廠要求的問(wèn)題,對(duì)沖洗裝置的關(guān)鍵部件——沖洗頭和噴嘴進(jìn)行了技術(shù)改進(jìn),徹底解決了所存在的問(wèn)題,提高了鋼管的沖洗質(zhì)量及沖洗裝置的工作效率。

       

      Abstract: The after-expanding purging device failed to completely clear the large-sized SSAW pipe of the remaining oil and emulsion on its inner/outer surfaces as from the expanding process,and thus failed to meet the ex-works quality criteria of the pipe.Addressing the problem,the company has taken relevant technical measures to get the hard nut crushed,mainly including technical modification of the key components of the device,i.e., the purging head and the spray nozzles so as to get the purging quality of the pipes and the operation efficiency of the equipment enhanced.
