摘要: 無縫鋼管連軋機組的軋制中心線是否居中,直接決定著產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣。介紹了無縫鋼管連軋機組軋制中心線的確定及校核,并指出軋制中心線對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響,同時對軋機設(shè)備的設(shè)計提出了建議。Abstract: Product quality level of the seamless steel pipe mandrel mill directly depends on whether the mill rolling centerline is well aligned or not. Determination and calibration of the said rolling centerline are described, the rolling centerline vs product quality relationship is identified, and relevant suggestions concerning design of the mill equipment are proposed.
