摘要: 介紹了穿孔機(jī)傳統(tǒng)定心輥的結(jié)構(gòu)及存在的問題,兩種新式定心輥的結(jié)構(gòu)及動(dòng)作原理。實(shí)踐證明,采用新型定心輥精度高,使用壽命長(zhǎng),維護(hù)方便,調(diào)車簡(jiǎn)便,備件消耗低。Abstract: The structure of and inherent problems with the convenient centering roll of piercing machine are described, while the structures and movement principles of two new type centering rolls are introduced here in the article. Relevant operations demonstrate such advantages of the said two new centering rolls as higher accuracy, longer service span, simpler maintenance and adjustment as well as less spare parts consumption.
