    直縫焊管機(jī)組定徑平輥底徑遞增量的探討

    A Cursory Review Concerning Bottom Diameter Progressive Increment of Flat Sizing Roll of Straight Weld Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)定徑原理,提出直縫焊管機(jī)組定徑平輥底徑遞增量Δd是焊管外徑Dn、管壁厚度S、定徑余量ΔD、管材彈性ε的函數(shù);并且從定徑余量轉(zhuǎn)換成焊管縱向增長量以及定徑過程需要焊管保持一定張力的角度對定徑平輥底徑遞增量進(jìn)行推導(dǎo),得到定徑平輥底徑遞增量的計算式,為科學(xué)合理設(shè)計定徑平輥底徑遞增量提供了理論依據(jù),對延長軋輥使用壽命、提高焊管表面質(zhì)量、提高軋輥通用性等具有重要意義

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of sizing,it is pointed out that the flat sizing roll bottom diameter progressive increment,Δd is a function of Dn —pipe O.D.,S —pipe W.T.,ΔD —sizing allowance and ε—tubular elasticity.Deduction of the flat sizing roll bottom diameter progressive increment is carried out on the basis of conversion of the sizing allowance into longitudinal increment of the pipe and of the fact that during sizing,the pipe has to be maintained with a specific stretch,and thus computing formula of the said progressive increment is established,which can be used as theoretic basis for proper design of the said progressive increment,meaning so much to prolonging the roll service span,improving pipe surface quality as well bettering the roll generality.
