摘要: 簡述了西氣東輸工程用鋼管的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量控制的重要性,鋼管選材及技術(shù)條件的確定,鋼管生產(chǎn)過程中質(zhì)量控制方案及模式,全過程質(zhì)量控制和全過程駐廠監(jiān)督的方法。指出過程控制檢驗是過程控制的重要手段,能有效地降低成品檢驗的生產(chǎn)方和用戶方的風險,是保證產(chǎn)品100%受控的重要手段。重點介紹了鋼板、板卷、鋼管、彎管生產(chǎn)試驗中幾個重要的質(zhì)量控制實例。

Abstract: Briefed here in the paper are the main aspects concerning quality control of the steel tubes as used for the West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipe Line Project, covering the importance of the quality control, determination of technical specification of the steel tubes, the plan and mode of the quality control during the process of manufacturing the steel tubes, the full process quality control as well as the full process site supervision by the customer representatives, etc. It is emphasized that the process control inspection is a key measure of process control, which contributes to considerably minimizing the risk both the manufacturer and the end-user may take with finalized product inspection and ensuring the product under 100% control. Several examples of the said quality control are described, involving the production of steel plate, strip, pipe and elbow, etc.
