Comprehensive Evaluation of X65 Seamless Linepipe for Pipe-laying Operation with Coiling Method

摘要: 深海海上油氣輸送條件惡劣,因此對深海輸送油氣用管線管性能質(zhì)量提出了嚴(yán)格要求。卷管式鋪管法是一種新型的海上鋪管法,具有鋪設(shè)速度快、成本低等特點,要求管線管具有優(yōu)良的機械性能、焊接性能和耐腐蝕性能,特別是抗疲勞斷裂性能。對國內(nèi)某公司生產(chǎn)的Φ323.8 mm×20 mm PSL2X65鋼級無縫管線管進(jìn)行了綜合評價試驗,結(jié)果表明,該管線管完全滿足深海用卷管的要求。

Abstract: Considering the adverse conditions for deep-sea oil/gas transportation operation,stringent requirements for the property quality of linepipes for such purpose are specified.As a new marine pipe-laying process,the pipe-laying operation with coiling method features such advantages as rapid laying operation and low costs,etc.For this kind of pipe-laying operation,it is required for the linepipes to be in possession of excellent mechanical properties,weldability and corrosion resistance,and particularly anti-fatigue fracture property.Tests for comprehensive property evaluation of the Φ323.8 mm×20 mm PSL2 X65 seamless steel linepipe as made by a certain domestic company are conducted,resulting in the conclusion that the linepipe is in full compliance with the requirements for the above mentioned deep-sea pipe-laying operation with coiling method.
