    Design of Pre-welding/Weld-joining Device’s Extrusion-holding Distance of HF Weld Pipe Production Line

    • 摘要: 氣體保護(hù)預(yù)焊接后鋼管需要保持?jǐn)D壓狀態(tài)運(yùn)行一段距離,以保證鋼管預(yù)焊接后有足夠強(qiáng)度克服彈復(fù)力作用。介紹了高頻生產(chǎn)線預(yù)焊接后鋼管保持?jǐn)D壓狀態(tài)運(yùn)行距離的設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過對(duì)焊接鋼管離開自保持段后焊縫的受力情況進(jìn)行分析,推算出焊縫冷卻溫度及所需時(shí)間,最后確定出預(yù)焊合縫裝置擠壓保持距離。合理的擠壓保持距離,既可保證焊縫冷卻到有足夠強(qiáng)度克服彈復(fù)力作用,又不會(huì)因?yàn)閿D壓距離過長(zhǎng)而造成擠壓力過大,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)邊時(shí)擠壓輥無法壓下的問題。

       

      Abstract: After being shielded arc welded,the steel pipe as in the extrusion state has to be running for a speci-fic distance so as to ensure that the pre-welded tube has enough strength against the elastic force effect. Elaborated in the article is the method for making design for this purpose. Based on the analysis of the weld stress state of the tube that has run through the self-holding distance,the weld’s cooling temperature and time are deduced,and then the said extrusion distance held by the pre-welding/weld joining device is determined. As the said distance is properly specified and held,the weld can be cooled down to a certain extent to have sufficient strength against the elastic force effect,while it is possible to avoid the troubles like weld offsetting or the extrusion roll’s failure to be pressed down due to the over large extrusion force as caused by the over-long extrusion distance.
