    基于MATLAB錐形輥穿孔機開度值的計算與分析

    Calculation and Analysis of Cone Type Piercer Roll Gap Based on Software MATLAB

    • 摘要: 為實現(xiàn)高精度鋼管的軋制,必須計算變形區(qū)中軋輥的開度值。介紹一種基于MATLAB軟件計算錐形輥穿孔機開度值的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對錐形輥穿孔機的開度進行了定量分析。此方法可應(yīng)用于錐形輥穿孔機的頂頭設(shè)計,也可作為錐形輥穿孔機工藝調(diào)整的依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: For the purpose of rolling high precision steel pipes,it is a must to calculate the roll gap in the deformation zone.Elaborated in the paper is a MATLAB-based mathematic model as used for computing the roll gap of the cone type piercer(CTP).Quantitative analysis on the said roll gap is conducted,and this analytical method can be used for design of the CTP plug,and also as the basis for process adjustment of the mill.
