全線地面自動(dòng)的新型鋼管熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線
A NEWLY-DEVELOPED HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION LINE FOR STEEL TUBES

摘要: 依據(jù)現(xiàn)行轉(zhuǎn)耙式和螺旋式鋼管熱浸鍍鋅線在設(shè)備和浸鍍方面存在的問題,綜合采用現(xiàn)行熱浸鍍鋅先進(jìn)技術(shù),研制開發(fā)出全線地面自動(dòng)的新型鋼管熱浸鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線。介紹了該鍍鋅線的工藝流程、設(shè)備布置和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。Abstract: Based on analysis of the problems related to the equipment and dip-galvanization operation of the currently used rotary-rake type and screw type steel tube hot-dip galvanization lines， a new full-automatic， above-ground steel tube hot-dip galvanization line has been developed as a result of comprehensively adoption of the-state-of-arts techniques in this field． Described in the paper are the process flow ，equipment layout and structural features of the said production line.
