摘要: 簡(jiǎn)析了磨球機(jī)改造前的狀況和存在的問題,通過改進(jìn)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),提高磨球機(jī)線速度及剛性等,取得了良好的改造效果,提高了圓球產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,為提高鋼管質(zhì)量奠定了基礎(chǔ)。Abstract: The situation and problems of the ball-grinder before modification are briefed. By modifying the drive system and increasing the linear speed and rigidity of the machine such results have been obtained as high-er production and quality of balls and lower operation cost, laying a foundation for further improvement of steel pipe quality.
