    Development of Large-sized High-strength Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 對(duì)大直徑(339.7mm)高強(qiáng)度石油套管進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。經(jīng)過初步試制與優(yōu)化試制,確定了最終的化學(xué)成分、軋管工藝、熱處理工藝和管加工工藝等。試制結(jié)果和批量生產(chǎn)表明,產(chǎn)品性能達(dá)到了國外同類產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平,受到了用戶的肯定。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article is the systematic research and development of the large-sized(Φ339.7mm) hi-strength oil casing. Both the initial trial manufacturing and the optimized trial manufacturing of the said tube are performed, based on which, the chemical composition of the material, the rolling process, the heat treatment process and the tube finishing processes, etc are finalized. The results of both the pilot and massive productions have shown that the properties of the tubes are up to the quality level of foreign-made similar tubes, being highly appropriated by customers.
