    R & D of Electric Control System for Steel Pipe Head-tail Aligning Operation of Ultrasonic Detection Line

    • 摘要: 介紹了一種國產(chǎn)超聲波探傷線鋼管對接電氣控制系統(tǒng)的原理,并對該系統(tǒng)的理論根據(jù)、計算過程及硬件配置等進行闡述。該電氣控制系統(tǒng)將動態(tài)距離問題轉(zhuǎn)換成時間問題,利用PLC的計算和計時功能,實現(xiàn)探傷機要求的鋼管無撞擊精準(zhǔn)跟蹤。7年多的運行結(jié)果表明:該電氣控制系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定、安全可靠,且經(jīng)濟效益顯著,完全可以替代進口設(shè)備。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the main aspects concerning an home-made electric control system for steel pipe head-tail aligning operation of the ultrasonic detection line,including the work principle,the theoretic basis, the calculation process and the configuration of the hardware, etc.This electric control system gets the dynamic distance issue into a time-related one,and employs the PLC computation and timing functions to perform accurate tracking of non-hitting pipe aligning operation as required by the detector proper.The 5-year long operation history of the said electric control system has shown its operational consistency,safety and reliability,and high profitability,being absolutely worth substituting relevant similar imported equipment.
