高頻直縫焊管軋輥的選材與維護(hù)

Material Selection for and Maintenance of Roll of HFW Pipe Mill

摘要: 介紹了目前國(guó)內(nèi)高頻直縫焊管生產(chǎn)線軋輥使用的幾種主要材料（Cr12MoV、9Cr2Mo、86CrMoV7、4Cr5MoSiV1），著重對(duì)不同材料的技術(shù)性能和性價(jià)比進(jìn)行了分析比較，同時(shí)結(jié)合軋輥的實(shí)際使用情況及維修效果跟蹤，對(duì)軋輥在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的損壞和維修情況進(jìn)行了分析，總結(jié)出軋輥常見(jiàn)的幾種損壞現(xiàn)象，并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)措施，以提高軋輥的使用壽命，為鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和軋輥制造廠家對(duì)軋輥材料的選用提供一定的參考。

Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are several major types of metal as currently used for making rolls of domestic HFW pipe production lines，including Cr12MoV，9Cr2Mo，86CrMoV7，and 4Cr5MoSiV1. And a comparison among such types of material are conducted in terms of technological performance and cost effectiveness，while damage of the roll as caused during operation and its maintenance are investigated based on the actual operation status and maintenance follow-up result of the roll. As a result，several damage types of the roll as commonly encountered with are identified，and accordingly，countermeasures are proposed to enhance the service span of the roll，which can be used by relevant steel pipe-making companies and roll manufacturers for reference in case of roll material selection.
