    Control System of Seamless Steel Tube Walking-beam Cooling Bed

    • 摘要: 介紹了無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線上步進式冷床的電氣傳動和控制系統(tǒng)。通過使用SINAMICS系列變頻器實現(xiàn)了步進式冷床升降裝置的主從運動控制, 包括快速制動及速度切換時的快速能量回饋;以S7-300 系列的315-2 DPCPU作為自動化系統(tǒng)的控制核心;使用S7-GRAPH語言編寫關(guān)鍵程序;HMI人機界面實現(xiàn)對設(shè)備和鋼管實時監(jiān)控與跟蹤。步進式冷床控制系統(tǒng)采用上述設(shè)計選擇, 可有效提高設(shè)備運行的穩(wěn)定性, 保證產(chǎn)品的高品質(zhì)

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the electric drive and control system of the seamless steel tube walking-beam cooling bed. The controls of the master-slave movement of the said cooling bed’s lifting device are realized via the SINAMICS frequency converter,including quick energy feed back for quick braking and speed switching. The 315-2DP CPU of S7-300 Series are used as the control core of the automation system, and the S7-GRAPH language is used for critical programming; HMI realizes real-time monitoring and tracking of the equipment and the material as well. As a result, operation stability of the equipment is improved, and the excellent product quality ensured.
