    APPLICATION OF ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY TECHNIQUE TO TUBE COUPLING PAINT-SPRAY LINE

    • 摘要: 針對上海寶鋼集團(tuán)公司鋼管分公司管接箍生產(chǎn)線自動化程度低、勞動強(qiáng)度大的現(xiàn)狀,提出在管接箍噴漆生產(chǎn)線上采用先進(jìn)的靜電噴涂方法。該方法的采用可以縮短管接箍噴漆工藝流程,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低勞動強(qiáng)度,改善勞動環(huán)境,提高勞動生產(chǎn)率

       

      Abstract: Considering the low automation level of and high labor intensity required by the tube coupling production line of Shanghai Bao Steel Group Corporation Steel Tube Branch,it is proposed to apply the advanced electrostatic spray technique to the said processing line.Using the new technique would bring about such benefits as shorter process flow,better product quality,lower labor intensity,better working environment and higher productivity.
