Abstract:
Narrated in the paper are the development history and current situation of the premium connection for the oil tubing and casing,focusing on details concerning the representative producers both at home and abroad,and the thread types as made thereby. Also elaborated are the research methods for and the market prospects of the said premium connection,and analyzed are all the minus factors as may encountered with during tapping the premium connection market. Accordingly suggestions as follows are put forward for development of the premium connection. The domestic thread connection R & D companies have to base themselves on the local market,and expand the product size and steel grade ranges,and make the trial application of their newly-developed products in the blocks with complex geological conditions in the country;as regards the foreign market,the regional oil field companies in middle Asia,Africa and Southeast Asia should be first taken as the target markets;and product quality and service level have to be further improved so as to enhance the market position aiming at accumulating technology and market experience for entering the world high-end premium connection market.
