    Verification of Collapse Strength of P110 Casing via Finite Element Analysis

    • 摘要: 采用有限元分析軟件對套管抗外壓擠毀的影響因素進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析,其中主要分析P110鋼級Φ139.70 mm×7.72 mm規(guī)格套管管體的幾何尺寸如外徑、壁厚、橢圓度及管體的機(jī)械性能對管體抗外壓擠毀能力的影響;對比模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)物外壓擠毀試驗(yàn)結(jié)果、二維與三維模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,并分析內(nèi)壓加載標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大氣壓對模擬結(jié)果的影響。分析認(rèn)為:管體橢圓度和壁厚對管體抗外壓擠毀強(qiáng)度影響明顯,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中必須加以控制。

       

      Abstract: Relevant factors as affecting the collapse strength of the casing are verified with the finite element analysis(FEA)software, focusing on such factors as the geometric dimensions of the pipe body of the Φ139.70 mm×7.72 mm P110 casing, including O.D., wall thickness, and ovality, and the mechanical properties of the pipe body;Analytical comparisons are conducted with FEA simulation test result and the full scale collapse test result, the 2-D and 3-D simulation test results, and the influence on simulation resuit by the loading of the internal pressure with the normal atmosphere.As a result of the analysis, it is regarded that both the ovality and wall thickness of the casing pipe body produce significant influences on the said collapse strength, which needs to be properly controlled in actual operation.
