    DETERMINATION OF RESIDUAL STRESS EXISTING IN PIPE BEING DRAWN ON MANDREL DRAWING MILL

    • 摘要: 用達(dá)維堅科夫法不僅可以測定卷筒式拉拔機(jī)拔管時鋼管的縱向殘余應(yīng)力,而且還可測定彎曲過程中所產(chǎn)生的殘余應(yīng)力。殘余應(yīng)力的符號和大小在很大程度上取決于鋼管在拔制工具中的初始變形率。

       

      Abstract: The use of Davidenkov method makes it possible to determine the longitudinal residual stress existing in pipe being drawn on a mandrel drawing mill and the residual stress developed during pipe beading as well. The magnitude and symbol of the residual stress greatly depends on the initial deformation rate of the pipe under drawing with the working tools.
