Metallurgical Processes and Practice with 70 t Hi-impedance EAF to Produce Steels for Nuclear Class Carbon Steel Seamless Tubes

摘要: 介紹了70t高阻抗電弧爐生產(chǎn)核級碳素鋼無縫鋼管TU42C、TUE250B鋼的冶煉、LF精煉、VD真空處理和圓坯連鑄的工藝技術(shù);分析了核級碳素鋼無縫鋼管對鋼質(zhì)純凈度的特殊質(zhì)量要求。提出的70t高阻抗電弧爐冶煉、LF精煉、圓坯連鑄控制技術(shù)措施,保證了產(chǎn)品的力學(xué)性能;生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量完全滿足核級碳素鋼無縫鋼管技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

Abstract: Elaborated in the essay are the aspects concerning the metallurgical processes with the 70 t hi-impedance EAF to produce TU42C and TUE250B carbon steels for the nuclear class seamless tubes,involving melting,LF refining,VD treatment and round billet casting. Special quality requirement for cleanness of the said steels are analyzed. Accordingly,Technical measures for control of the above mentioned processes are determined to ensure the mechanical properties of the final tubular products. The tubes as made with the said processes are in full compliance with applicable technical specification for the nuclear class carbon steel tubular products.
