    Application of SIMOTION D435 Motion Controller to Flying Cutoff Saw in HFW Pipe Operation Line

    • 摘要: 介紹了HFW焊管生產(chǎn)線上飛鋸設(shè)備的工作原理和控制系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)介紹了SIMOTION D435運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器在飛鋸控制中的應(yīng)用。SIMOTION D435取消了響應(yīng)時(shí)間的獨(dú)立接口,具有高度動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)和穩(wěn)定性,通過(guò)PROFIBUS-DP總線與PLC協(xié)作,使邏輯控制和運(yùn)動(dòng)控制相結(jié)合,提高了生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏。經(jīng)測(cè)試,該系統(tǒng)既能滿足飛鋸生產(chǎn)的高節(jié)奏要求,又能及時(shí)反映設(shè)備故障,確保了生產(chǎn)線的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay are the work principle of the flying cutoff saw system of the HFW pipe operation line and its control system, focusing on application of the SIMOTION D435 motion controller thereto.The SIMOTION D435 motion controller has no longer any independent interface for response time, and instead, it has hi-dynamic response function and satisfactory stability.Thanks to the coordination between the PROFIBUS-DP bus bar and the PLC that gets the logic control and the motion control combined, the production cycle is enhanced.The testing result demonstrates that the said control system can not only meet the requirement for high cycle operation of the flying saw, but also indicate any equipment fault timely so as to ensure consistent running of the production line.
