    ISO和ASTM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中無(wú)縫鋼管探傷方法對(duì)比分析

    Comparative Analysis of Seamless Steel Tube NDT Methods under ISO and ASTM Standards

    • 摘要: 介紹了ISO 10893標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2011版和ASTM系列探傷方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并與舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比;分析了兩個(gè)系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在檢測(cè)管徑范圍、對(duì)比樣管選材、人工缺陷形狀及尺寸、驗(yàn)收等級(jí)、探傷報(bào)告要求、檢測(cè)方法局限性等方面的異同。分析認(rèn)為:兩個(gè)系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在探傷技術(shù)方法方面沒(méi)有實(shí)質(zhì)性的區(qū)別,但在對(duì)比樣管選材、人工缺陷形狀及尺寸、驗(yàn)收等級(jí)等方面的要求不同,應(yīng)視采用探傷方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分別對(duì)待。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the paper are the specifications of NDT methods under ISO 10893-2011 Edition and ASTM standard.And the prevailing specifications are compared with the old ones.The differences between and similarities of the two specifications are analyzed in terms of OD range of pipes to be inspected, material selection of reference pipe, profile and dimensions of artificial defect, acceptance classification, requirements for NDT report, and limitations of the detection methods.The analysis reveals that although there is no substantial difference between the NDT techniques as specified separately under the above mentioned two standards, there are still differences when it comes to requirements for material selection of reference pipe, profile and dimensions of artificial defect, and acceptance classification, etc.Such issues need to be separately dealt with in accordance to the above mentioned specifications for the NDT methods.
