    PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR BOILER PIPE OF 10MoWVNb STEEL

    • 摘要: 新研制的10MoWVNb鋼管用于化肥廠中置鍋爐管。本文介紹了該種鋼管的熱軋、冷拔工藝和冷拔變形的原則及各道次變形量分配以及鋼管的熱處理。

       

      Abstract: The newly-developed 10MoWVNb steel is used for intermediate-boiler pipe of chemical fertilizers plants. The hot-rolling and cold-drawing processes, the formation principles of cold-drawing and the formation distribution of each pass for the said pipe ae well as its heat treatment system are described.
