    Development of Welded Tube Measuring/Weighing System

    • 摘要: 為了提高焊接鋼管稱重測長的精度,通過對現(xiàn)有幾種稱重測長系統(tǒng)的介紹和比較,找出其存在的不足,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)出1套結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,操作方便,測量精度和重復(fù)精度高的稱重測長系統(tǒng)。介紹了該系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理及應(yīng)用效果等。

       

      Abstract: To improve welded tube measuring/weighing accuracy, the shortcomings of several currentlyused measuring/weighing systems are identified based on a full under-standing and comparison of them. As a result, a new welded tube measuring/weighing system is developed with consideration of the actual tube production conditions. The said system features such advantages as structural simplification, ease to operate and high measurement accuracy and repeatability accuracy. Described in the article are the configuration, operating principle and operation effectiveness of the said system.
